Your bluetooth and Wireless Lan is not working because Windows 7 is not compatible with this devices. And unfortunately, you cannot find any drivers for your tablet PC that is compatible with windows 7.
Go to this site to know what Operating Systems is compatible with your Tablet PC . CLICK ME
So I suggest that you change your Operating System so that your Bluetooth and Wireless Lan will work perfectly..
If you need drivers for your device. Just click the link above, and click on the Operating System you are using. (Except windows 7)

On our irulu 7" tablet keyboard/case combo-can't get ANY sound except thru earbuds. My daughter is autistic & does great taking care of tablet but destroys earbuds. Help, please, thank you.

if it is a cable damage issue perhaps some wireless headphones that work off bluetooth may help

please check beforehand that the model you have has bluetooth before purchasing

Which version of Windows is installed. If it is Windows 7, which I would recommend, as long as the Bluetooth device is enabled in the device manager then click "scan for hardware changes" in the action tab and it will automatically check windows update for the latest drivers.

Sorry to hear/read this really.
One thing you've got to know and as a matter of fact acquaint yourself with is this-

Original Apple OS devices, gadgets and equipments DO NOT readily pair or connect with Android OS based devices, gadgets and equipments.

With time, maybe someone can find a way round to resolve this impasse but at the time, its best you save yourself all the aggravations.

Make use of your maplin keyboard instead.

Cannot connect the bluetooth. when I attempted to connect using the Wireless LAN, it complained that it is looking for a certificate and about 5 minutes later, the screen turns blue with and error message...

Enable both wireless units (Bluetooth & Wireless LAN) in BIOS settings. If bluetooth doesn't work for an Acer supplied driver refer to DriverMax online drivers. It could rectify the problem.
