I can't send text message. My phone just says sending...what can I do?

Contact your service provider and ask them to send settings to your phone. Its quick and free.

That's because it can only send so many characters. Text less.

Looks like you have to reboot again or simply see about a new one.

1.Take a picture with your cell phone. You can do this by finding the photo function on your cell phone, angling the photo in the manner you would like and pressing down on the "Photo Shoot" button.
2. Find the function on your phone that allows you to send an MMS message. Go to the main menu on your cell phone and tap the MMS button. Follow that by tapping "New." You are now ready to send your MMS picture text message.
3. Type in the email address or telephone number of the person that you want to send the picture text message to. Use your phone's keypad just as you would for a regular text message.
4. Tap the "Add Photo" button on your phone's keypad. You'll find this button as an icon on the main screen of your phone. Another way to add a photo to your phone is to navigate your way to the name of the person you want to send an MMS message to and click on "Add Photo."
5. Click on "Send Message." Your message is then sent and you'll see a receipt on your screen that shows your message has been sent.

for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it


this solves your messaging problem ...

If it used to send/receive text messages and no longer does I recommend shutting off the phone, taking out the battery for a minute or two, then reinstall the battery and try again. I'm assuming your phone plan allows you to text, yes?

My phone does that too. I receive them but am unable to send them. Can't figure it out. I'm with straight talk and they haven't been able to help either.

Check your message settings, especially the message centre... the phone number of service provider which enable you to send and receive text messages.

check your message center number, if changed contact your service provider for the message center number :)

Open the phone and click the Menu button. Note the center keypad above the numerical keys can click up, down, left and right.

Click the center keypad left until you see the "Messaging" option.
Click "New Message."Click "Text Message."


Enter the telephone number of the person (or people) you wish to send the message to. You can also select people from your contact list by clicking "Add" and then clicking "From Contacts." Select the contacts you wish to text by clicking "Mark" and then click "Done" when everyone has been selected.

Click down until you are in the "Text" box. Type in the message you wish to send. Click "Send."
