You can use a pipe wrench on the shaft and a regular wrench on the nut. Disconnect your spark plug and tip the mower onto it's left side. You will have to use your left hand to go down through the mower shoot to hold the pipe wrench and your right hand to unbolt the the blade attaching bolt, it should come off immediately. Remember you may have to purchase a new blade holder, since your problem shouldn't occur if your blade holder was OK. GOOD LUCK.
