Songs:music sounds great but u can barley hear the voice

How are you obtaining the music that you play on the Samsung C3010? If you're recording the songs yourself, it sounds like you are recording one channel out of phase with the other. This phasing "effect" is how vocal eliminators work. Try playing back music from another source and see if the vocals return.

1/2 the movies made are like that,
if one movie is ok, and other not , it's the sound mixing
man that made movie. (many are bad)
like when they play loud music over dialog in a drama.

the only cure (hope) is using dolby 5.1 on up
and hope the sound channels can allow you to hear what you want. some content allow the front speakers to be increase for better voice.

It's probably your headphones, did you plug it in all the way? Check the cord for rips or tears. Or it's the quality of the music file. Sometimes they're corrupt and won't work correctly.

You might have muted the sound. So to fix your problem follow the easy steps

• Click start
• Go to control panel
• Click "sound,speech and audio.devices"
• Click the second option "Sound and audio devices"
• If there is a tick on mute undo it then Click on OK and then click on "Apply"
  

Your problem would be fixed

The earphone jack inside the player has broken the 'Ground' pin off the circuitboard. The jack needs to be resoldered. This does take an experienced technician with watchmaking skills.

If ur are able to hear your friends voice there shouldnt be a problem with ur sound card. Do check your sound setting's in control panel under Sound. Also see to it your media player etc arent muted.

An old trick to remove vocals from a song was to rip the right channel, then the left, the combine them (since vocals are typically mixed in a third 'center' channel, though things like reverb or echo are applied to the right and/or left channels which sounds like what you are hearing).

I would play with the balance and mixer settings and see if you can get the vocals back. Also try other speakers or even headphones and see if you have the same problem.

If when you talk into your mic you hear yourself from speakers...open your volume control(windows) and check the box to mute mic. Not for sure this is a fix to your problem but from what you wrote is similar to problem seen with voice chat software.
