I have a kenmore elite microwave oven model 363 63692301 stoped heating food ;. fan & turntable work. HELP!

Hello, two things. The mega-tron tube is gone south, or the HV diode is open/shorted to ground which will cause to open. If the microwave meta-tron tube is bad then recyle your microwave oven and buy a new microwave oven. One can buy a new microwave oven cheaper than buying a microwave tube. GB...stewbison

I bought a Danby microwave from Costco 10/12/10. It is dying. Manufactuer's warranty runs til 6/13/2012. What do I do next?

I would suggest that your first try might be to go back to Costco and see what their returns policy is. They MAY take it back and either replace it or send it off to the manufacturer for repair. Failing that, go to the Danby site: https://www.danby.com/warranty.php?ln=USE&tip=INF You may have to register first, but having done that you should be able to log a warranty call with them directly

Everything works on this microwave, the problem is when its switched on and were trying to heat food etc its not heating the food

Please be extremelly careful with microwaves, they produce radiation. My best advise is to take it to a repaar shop and ask for a quote. Microwaves are so cheap nowadays that maybe is better to buy a new one if the repair cost over 50% of the price of a new one.
