It's very easy, there are 2 ways:
1) Using the camera itself:
Slide the black slide switch on the back to the lowest position (to access stored pictures; now the images you took earlier can be seen on the screen.)
Using the directional keys, browse to the image you want to delete.
Press the down directional key (marked with a blue icon of a 'picture' being put into a dustbin)
Confirm by selecting "yes" and pressing "func.set". the image is now deleted.
2) Using a computer (more convenient when you want to delete multiple/all the stored images:
After plugging the camera in (using the supplied cable) open "my computer"
open the camera and keep opening the folders until you find the pictures you have taken.
Holding down the "ctrl" key on the keyboard, click on all the images you want to delete to select them. (if you want to delete all the images you have taken, replace this step with; click on "file" or "organize" and then click "select all")
press the "delete" key. click "yes" now you have deleted the pictures.
Hi, please delete the unsent or sent Pictures messages stored in the Sent items of your phone in order to send more picture messages. When the phone Memory becomes full the phone cannot store anymore picture messages to send. Hence please delete the pictures messages (MMS) in the sent items of Multimedia Message Sent items.
Take out memory card, if any, from Sony DSC-S650 camera memory slot Go to Menu, Settings and Format memory This will delete all picture files in internal memory and refresh it for next few pictures. Internal memory is not big to store many pictures, use memory stick in camera to store many many pictures.
You need not to delete anything, you can still receive picture messages. But to use those message e.g. to set as a background or so you have to save this picture in your picture message....so if you don't have space/slot(if limited pictures can be stored) you have to delete any existing picture.
select MENU, then ORGANIZER, select FILE MANAGER,then CAMERA ALBUM(or where ever the pic is stored i.e PICTURES) then selct the picture you want to delete... Press OPTIONS (look at button bottom left of screen) and you will find DELETE....YAY
I had the same problem. I can tell you that in the "System" menu, there is a place to delete all of the existing photos. You have pictures stored on the memory card and also the capability of storing a limited number of photos on the camera's internal memory. If its in the internal memory, that's when you have to find the system area. If the pictures are only on the memory card, then its easier to delete because you just select "format" and it will format the card and delete all of the photos from the card.
please bring the picture to be deleted in preview. Now press delete button which looks like a dustbin. You will be asked for confirmation. Select yes and press ok.
go on to organiser then select file manager. go on to pictures then press more on the photo then find delete press it ( you cant delete the vodafone or sony ericsson photos)
