A problem in the power button
it is stuck
if you can remove the mobile cover ..just release the plastic peice obove the power button and release the power button up for one time only so make it get back when you press on it.

some of Ur phone's buttons need cleaning
open the keypad cover softly and remove dirt & dust

take a look at the settings of music player, fixed dial number, loudspeaker, and call limit and video limit of your phone...

get it repaired by the nokia care service centre, it has a internal keyboard or keypad ic problem

that is trojan virus problem ............u had better to format it...........
