I think it is FPL not FLP .........''.FPL locked '' means '' Front Panel Lock '' locked - in your tv's manual ( chapter 5 page no 25 ) it is given how to unlock ..........i have taken its picture & shown below ..........i hope it will help you to solve your problem..............i will send your tv's manual ( 1.29MB size, 64 pages - free of cost )

Unplug your television for a few minutes. The internal battery of the TV is what helps remember what your code. If the TV is unplugged for an extended period of time, it clears the internal memory, which in turn will reset your child lock code.

1. Hold down the MENU button on the remote and VOLUME DOWN button on the TV it's self at the same time for at least 4 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked
2. Hold down the 0 (zero) button on the remote and the VOLUME DOWN button on the TV itself at the same time for at least 4 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked
3. Hold down the MENU button on the front of the TV and the TV button on the remote at the same time for at least 4 seconds. 4- Hold down GO BACK button on the remote and MENU button on the front of the TV at the same time for at least 4 seconds.
