I have the samsung galaxy ace with 3 and i need disc to put music from my pc to phone were wud i get this disc or can i just down load sortware ?? please help

Hello, yes you can just connect external disc drive to pc along with your galaxy note 10.1 and simply copy music to your music folder in galaxy note which ist displayed after you plugged in the This Computer if there isnt one you simply creata one and put music here and music will be shown in your music app in galaxy note after unplugging form Computer

You should be able to download free samsung apps from teh "Samsung Apps" app found in the programs folder, or on one of your homescreens.

When you have opened the Samsung Apps- app, you might have to log into/register an Samsung Account. If you don't have a Samsung Account, there should be simple steps to register the account, and it is free!

When the account is registered, you have to log in, and then it works just like the Google Play market, click on selected app and press install. :)

If this still doesn't work, Check your cable, as it's probably faulty.
On some phones there is an option for "USB mode" or "Sync with PC" - check that as well.
