That scanner work only with Windows XP, Vista, or Window 7

Check if your system matches the requirements of the software. I can't seen to find the model you have given but make sure you have enough hard drive space, make sure you don't have loads of applications and services open (Task manager will tell you) & make sure your graphics card has enough memory for the software to run.

These drivers are for Vista.
If you need them for Se7en - in setup.exe file properties point "Install in Vista compatibility". My Se7en accepted...

No, there aren't. Newest drivers are for Vista and they don't work on Windows 7.
