And my friend David who is an IT engineer helped me reset the Vista password with a tool called Windows Password Reset Deluxe, just need a few minutes I can log on my computer normally without password.

If you forgot your security code, the only way to get past this is to go to your provider and they have the software to get past your password. hope this helps.
Then first try with defaulots passowrd "dell" or "DELL"
then if still same issue then open cpu cabinet and pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes so all settings are back to defaults. so then it not wan't password.
