Hi carlfreeland...
Yes, your fuel lines can be replaced, be sure to get the right size to fit your machine.
Go to your parts supplier with the model/serial number and manufacturer of your weedeater.
Most of the time there will be two size fuel lines, the bigger one is the one the fuel filter inside your tank is connected to.

Homelite weed trimmer bogs down and smothers out quits running

This could be a number of things. Clogged air filter/fuel filter/carburetor/fuel tank lid breather hole, cracked fuel line or primer bulb, or clogged spark arrestor in muffler. Here's some links that will help to change the bulb, fuel cap, fuel lines, rebuild carb, replace spark arrestor, and troubleshoot.

Fuel supply line on my homelite weed eater has broken off

remove both pieces of the line. measure the outside and inside diameters of the line. your local hardware store should have a tubing that is the same. measure the total length of both pieces so you know how much to buy. you may have to shave a little bit of a bevel on the end of the tubing you plan to insert into the opening of the gas tank.

Homelite UT2680 trimmer fuel line (25cc engine)

You can go to a small engine repair shop, parts shop or look on eBay and they should have the fuel lines you need. Not very expensive, about $1.00/foot for new Tygon lines. You are way overdue for replacing yours. The ethanol in the gas does a job on them.

Primer button on homelite gas trimmer

It's possibly the filter, can't help there. I would check for a split line or loose connection between the tank and bulb and even splits in the bulb itself.

My Homelite trimlite trimmer will only run in the choked position. When I switch the choke lever to run it dies. What could be the problem

Could be a dirty fuel filter or cracked fuel line. The filter is usually inside the tank. You should be able to take the cap off and turn the unit upside down and shake it so that the filter drops from the tank. If not then grab it with a pair of needle nose pliers. If changing the filter or replacing the lines doesn't work, the carburetor might need to be cleaned.

My homelite weed eater sx-135 the fuel filter broke of the tube

The longer, and sometimes smaller in diameter fuel line, goes from the carburetor to the bottom of the tank. This line, which has the filter attached to the end, should rest comfortably on the bottom of the tank.
The other fuel line goes from the primer bulb to just inside the tank, (about an inch, with that very small piece of plastic attached to it. This piece of plastic keeps this line from pulling out of the gas tank. this line serves as an overflow from carb.

Fuel Lines leak where they pass through opening into tank

i had the same problem with my trimmer. you could replace the fuel line but if you don't want to hassle with fishing it thru the hole i suggest going to homelite.com and ordering the gas tank. it only cost me $18 with shipping and came with everything (tank, lines-with fuel filter, and gas cap). all you need to do is take out the 4 bolts on back of trimmer and the 2 top bolts holding the housing together. be careful not to nick any gaskets especially the one behind the 4 bolts. this is the crankcase gasket. also don't get anything in the crankcase that will score it as this will ruin the trimmer. also there are 3 spacer gaskets that go in the holes in the fuel tank and i believe a plastic heat shield between the gas tank and the bottom of the trimmer. you will see this when you take the tank off. just be careful and be sure all the bolts get tightend up (especially the 4 on the back as this is the back side of the crankcase). it only took me 15 min to replace it and the trimmer runs great. all the above info is if you have a trimmer with the gas tank on bottom. if the tank and gas cap are on top hopefully someone else will be able to help.

good luck

Replaced fuel lines and pressing the primer pump does not feed gasoline to the car.

Sounds like you have the fuel lines switched around. The fuel line closest to the primer bulb will be the shortest line. It only goes 1" or so into the tank. The other line will be the longest line, and sometimes the smallest in diameter of the two depending on the size of your trimmer, and must rest comfortably on the bottom of the tank.

Broken Gas Line

You can obtain a length of gas line locally. Just take the broken piece to any store that services trimmers and chain saws. They will be able to match it.
