The drive you have is a SATA drive, and has no master/slave configuration as such. There is a connector block on the back to configure other options such as spread spectrum clocking. Normal configuration is a jumper between pins 1 and 2 (all the way on the right side, facing the back). A picture of the other configuration options is shown below.

try uninstalling a few unnecessary programs then click start run type cmd then type chkdsk/r/f which will scan for and attempt to fix any bad sectors and automatically fix any corrupt files on your hard drive this should schedule the task on restart then defragment your hard drive

As someone else noted, this is a SATA drive and doesn't use Master/Slave. But, you MIGHT (in some circumstances) have to go into BIOS and set the Boot order of the drives.
