r u check ur monitor with other pc. if not then at first open CMOS setup (BIOS setup in intel board) and watch that it also with green display or not if it also green means ur system is ok. now just problem is in monitar signal cable ( one of video signal wire brackage) or vga connector.

if it is(CMOS setup screen) not with green display then problem with ur video driver. uninstall this driver and again install it.
