I cant find any information online at all about buying attachments for my new Rival 12 Speed Blender!! Does anyone know how I would find out how I could go about ordering new parts for it?
I bought a rival and didn't open it for a while and when I did, I found out it didn't have the beaters in the box, not one of them. I've been looking everywhere to find some I can buy them, but apparently walmart doesn't even have them. URGH!! I think twice now before buying anything that is made just for that store.

I just ordered new beaters for my Euro-Pro EP546 hand mixer. Their website is
euro-pro.com and their telephone # is 800-798-7398. I clicked on Customer Service on their website and asked for assistance, but no one responded. Using the toll free number got me to a live person who took my order over the phone. The replacement beaters are $7.95 plus $4.95 S&H plus tax. Try it.

I called the 800 service number when mine did the same thing. They advised to:
1. Use the processor more frequently to avoid this in the future; and
2. To fun the motor on speed setting "10" for two minutes.
A harmless vegetable grease, normally solid, has separated due to infrequent use and leaked a bit ( a few tablespoons in my case). Running the motor on high speed causes it to re-solidify, they said. Wipe clean. Forget about it.

I had the same problem and the spraying it with Veg Oil and waiting for 10 mins worked for me. Took some wiggling back and forth but came free. Thanks!!!!
Make sure your Beater can slip in and out of the Beater Shaft
easily. Do not force the beater onto the Shaft if the shaft is bent.
If it cannot be removed easily by hand, use a soft rubber mallet
(not a steel hammer) to slightly tap the beater so it can be moved
up and down the shaft or from side to side. Then you can easily
turn the beater left and remove it from the shaft.
From Kitchenaid Manual:
To Attach Flat Beater, Wire Whip, or Dough Hook
1. Turn speed control to OFF.
2. Unplug stand mixer or disconnect power.
3. Tilt motor head back.
4. Slip beater onto beater shaft and press upward
as far as possible.
5. Turn beater to right, hooking beater over pin on shaft.
6. Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
