I have Toshiba satellite M645 laptop &part no:PSMPML00J004.and my problem is ,whenever i use wireless broadband (RELIANCE,),& NETSETTER(Huawei),etc my laptop freezes out after a certain time ,and there is no option to escape from it .i directly shutdown the laptop by continuously pressing power button.my customer care has advised to run recovery,but still the problem is not solved .then ,i update my BIOS and update windows also.Norton antivirus is preinstalled with this model,they slowdown the system ,i have a 6GB RAM . so i temporarily use microsoft security essential antivirus.so pls tell anybody who have an idea or solution for freezeup laptop....

Start the laptop in safe mode with networking (by pressing F8 at boot up) this will allow you to use the internet while in safe mode. Use the internet as you normally would and see if the problem persists if not backup your files and restore windows to an earlier setting and this will most likely solve the problem as it is most likely a software issue, windows or a 3rd party program.
