We;ve managed to clear this error, at least for the last 5 days. Remove the bucket, and reach up behind the front panel where there is a filter- ours was covered in dust. After cleaning this off, and resetting the machine (by pulling the electric plug out and re-inserting), the error went away.
Your mileage may vary.
This worked perfectly. I had to hit the reset button on the plug as well.
Error 24 is usually cleared by simply hitting reset button on the plug or, as previously stated, unplug and plug back in. Sometimes, the removable filter is not properly seated. Error 67 requires cleaning the coils - not so easy. Needs a small hand and arm or a long brush.
This worked exactly as described. Pretty shocking how filthy the filter screen was :-/

Everyone's comments suggest the error goes away when you hit reset. Mine is hit or miss - I hit reset and sometimes it runs till the bucket fills up; sometimes I get another 24. The 24 let it into the shop when its warranty was almost up, and 2 months after coming out of the shop, bang, it was back. "The shop" was an hour away, and 3 weeks before I saw my unit back. Should be LS - Life Sucks.
Mine was doing this and it said it needed a sensor. There is a filter in the front. I cleaned it and the error message has been off 2 days and everything is working great. If you clean it then unplug it, it will reset.
