Press the MESSAGE button and look at the display. It will tell you where the message is from, as in that other extension, and the 3rd soft key will let you CLEAR the message. Press it and it goes away :-)
There are messages waiting on a voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.
you don't have to be bothered my friend,the red exclamation sign simply indicates that the message is broken along the way which means the message is not delivered completely from th person who sent the message,the lower light tends to notify you about this abnormality and when the message is deleted from the pphone there is nothing it's trying to notify you of,therefore the lighter colour disappears when the message is deleted,

Unfortunately, you cannot turn off the intercom or message waiting features. When trying to turn off the message waiting light, are you pressing the intercom key and entering # then 6?
press the button with the speaker symbol on the handset it shows ans record on the screen, then press number 2 and your messages will play.
press * to delete the currently playing message DELETED will be displayed
to delete all your messages
press the speaker button ans record shows in the window, press the star button the display shows DELETE press ok to confirm the display shows deleted and you will hear a confirmation tone.
press c if you decide to cancel deletion

The new message LED on the handset flashes when you have new messages in your
answering system. The LED stops flashing when all new messages are played back.
3) To delete all messages, press delete messege in standby mode. Press delete
messege again after the announcement "To delete all messages, press delete

When you try to delete all messages without first listening to your new messages,

Important:
When you press delete messege, you are permanently deleting the message. Once
