Grab the knurled edge of the bezel and turn counter clockwise. It only moves in one direction- to the left, counter clockwise.

I was shopping for one in Thailand and it was a GE 371. I did not replace it because they only carried the cheap china battery's.

the reason the bezels get tight then stick is because after alot of wear and abuse it gets full of dirt, hair and really nasty junk you could not even imagine...take it to a reputable watch shop and ask them to take off the bezel and clean under it
