Your question is on the FIXYA web site. FIXYA does not sell telephones. Your questions states that "I just bought one of your phones...." Perhaps you can contact the store or vendor you purchased it from for assistance.
Here is a link to a free manual to read concerning a Panasonic KX-TGF352.
If your message is received, you will see it in the INBOX folder.
If it has not been retrieved, retrieve it (make sure you have proper settings for the MMS to work). Highlight the message and click left softkey (options) and look for similar options to retrieve message from your network operator.
After you have retrieved it simply read like you are reading text messages.
I am sorry. Your answering machine has about 14 minutes recording time.
Space is limited. After you delete a message to make room and new
messages are recorded, so old messages are pretty much shredded and un-retrievable. But
even if the message memory has not been totally rewritten, I believe
deleted message are lost for ever. That is what I read on the manual
for a GE or Panasonic phone user manual.
