A TD system is a DIGITAL phone system and the 7730 phones are ANALOG. I don't know what X means, but I guess they're not from the US :-). Anyway, the ANALOG phones need 4 wires to work, instead of the 2 that the digital phones have. If your installer was lazy and didn't cross-connect 4 wires at the frame or put in 4 bridge clips on each jumper, then you don't have a voice path. Or, XDP is turned on and you'll have a bit of a problem.

If you have an IM and a PM for the TD system, you can find the wiring diagram and the instructions to read the XDP status. Quick answer is the first 2 of every 3 pairs will run to your phone. If you start with a digital phone in the port first, turn on XDP and plug a single line set into the XDP port, you will get dial tone (may have to dial 390 or 391 to enable/disable the XDP twinning) and that dial done will be different from the digital phone. If you don't get dial tone, your first pair wiring is missing. Fix that, turn off XDP and you 77xx series phone will now work in the port.

Where is the power source for kx t7730 panasonic PT??

The KX-T7730 does not have a battery. It's powered by the PBX system; this is normal for corded phones. The Parts diagram is available from ManualsLib: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/907343/Panasonic-Kx-T7730x.html?page=25#manual . See page 27 for the parts list for the diagram. You can find the trouble-shooting information starting here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/907343/Panasonic-Kx-T7730x.html?page=18 . Note: the X in the model number indicates that the KX-T7730 phone comes in several colors.

I hope this helps.

I have KX-T7730X corded, how can I add extension to our PBX.

It requires a "home run" back to a control unit and an open port. They're wired with 2 pairs, the same as the other phones in your system.

As an alternative, you can plug the base cord directly into the control box.

Have kx-t7730x (4 wirw) how to get it working on a land 2 wire connexion

Buy a Panasonic system? Here's a suggestion, shop carefully. http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=panasonic+308&_sacat=0&_odkw=panasonic+kx-ta&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313

You might consider rephrasing your question to include a bit more information and why you want to make the phone work. Panasonic makes some single line sets that will do just about what a system phone does and they're free standing.

Does kx-t7730x has any caller id?

It's just a phone capable of displaying CID. The ability to do so is in the system you plug the phone into. It's an add-on card in the cabinet ending in part number 93. The TA-824 is sold with the 82493 card installed, the TA-624 and TAW-848 did not.

Is tha possible to get 25 single lines on 16SLC card(50 pin)

The 25-pair Amphenol connector is just something the industry uses because it's standard and easy. In a TDA system, the 8-port C.O. Trunk card uses the first 8 pairs, a 16-port the first 16 pairs, an 8-port Pana station card uses the first 24 pairs, 3 pairs per extension. The last pars don't have any hardware behind it and are connected to nothing.

The only phone system that I remember where all 25 pairs are used is a 1a2 10 button set and, maybe a Comdial system where the 25th pair is the common audible for station 17 :-)
