How do I transefer my phone so that when someone calls me and I'm out it will ring on my mobil phone...its a thompson 29585

Try to used another phone to call your missing phone,when its ringing then good..Listen for the ringing tone of your missing phone then look for it where the sound is coming from, If it's not the case and if someone answering when you are calling then make a conversation to him/her.

We called the Thompson help line (for GE products) and they informed us that the phone was only set up to ring once and this can not be changed. We took the phone back to Staples.
