I have a Coffee Machine EA8080 and does not seem to work as it's showing red light on both sides for cleaning (red lights are blinking). What should I do

When the red exclamation point is flashing slow, something is not where it is supposed to be, bean hopper lid, door, brew mech, water tank empty, dregs box or water tray on dregs container is full. If the red exclamation point is flashing quickly, open the steam valve for pump priming. If pump turns on, and water passes correctly, the light should go off and return to heating stage. If not, we have a blockage or a pump that is not working correctly.

Your machine has almost certainly entered the water quality mode. (Water hardness setting). This is very easy to fix. Switch machine off. Before switching back on press and hold any off the following buttons: Latte Macchaito (top right) for soft water, Cappuccino (bottom right) for medium water or finally both of them for hard water. While holding the correct buttons switch the machine back on BUT hold for approx. 10 seconds or until all lights stop flashing, (APART FROM THE BUTTON YOUR HOLDING). try letting vinager and water sit in it for a couple of hours then rinse

The same thing happened to our Mr. Coffee this week! I followed the instructions about running vinegar through, then rinsing several times with water. However, the light would not stop blinking. We did by-pass the light by setting the timer for delayed brewing and it worked. However, that blinking light came on again. Then, my husband tired the vinegar wash again but instead of doing it one time, he ran the same vinegar through 6 times until the light went out! Then he proceeded with the water rinse. Our Mr. Coffee is working again!

Unplug for longer than 15 minutes to completely reset it

I had a similar problem, but no blinking light, only cold coffee. I tapped on the relay (black box on circuit board) and violá.  Red light, hot coffee, and happiness.  The machine did the same thing a couple of weeks after the "fix", and a good slap to the left side, and I was back in business.  My guess is that your switch is bad or sticking.  Good luck.
