you need to calibrate your screen. the touch sensor has moved so when you press on an icon the phone sees it as another icon. this can be done in the phone's touch settings

Another thing, try resitting your screen wires. #1, #2, and #3. Maybe that will work.

If the touch screen is broken you need to get the digitzer and front lens replaced. I recommend having it done professionally but you can find out how to do it yourself online.
