A quick fix for most communication problem can be achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. Disconnect the printer from your computer. Reboot your pc. Unplug and re-plug the printer into the power outlet. When the printer turns on, reconnect the printer into your computer. Try to scan again.
The machine switches to Scan Mode
Press the [Color Start] or [Black Start] button on the machine
MP Navigator starts on the connected computer. You can scan in documents placed on the platen glass or in the ADF using MP Navigator.
