Below are the F2 errors and causes for Sharp AR-M160
"F2-31" Image density sensor fault "F2-32" Drum mark sensor fault "F2-33" Grid voltage correction problem "F2-35" Grid voltage correction problem "F2-37" Drum mark sensor fault
Cause : CRUM chip defect OR Improper developing unit Check and remedy : As you have already replaced the tonner, we can suggest Replace the CRUM chip,Replace the developing unit
this could be a problem with the tonner or the configuration of ink... in both cases try with another catridge or tonner, if the problem solves then is because the cartridge or tonner no have enough ink to print ...... if the problems persists maybe could try verifing the configuration of your printer or re instaling the printer too...
Why do you say it's the toner? Likely the PCU (photoconductor) needs replacing, or laser optics, etc. If it's not a 'blinking toner light' that won't go away, but rather light copies for no apparent reason, then replacing the PCU is the most likely cure.
I am having problem in finding solution for HP Laser Jet 1300 which is not getting ready and shows orange light blinking. I have check the tonner and the sensor which are located backside but the problem is still as it.
Those printer tonners are very tricky to refill and a bad refill induse on bad printing so you can clean the drum (the round green thing) with isopropilic alchool. If it continues it indicates that the blade ( inside tonner plastic blade that cleans the excess tonner powder) is durty and you can clean it too with the same alchool. If it continues replace the tonner cartridge.
