There must be problem with yuor (ISP) Internet Service Provider. if yuo tried other SIM card from other ISP and yuo'll able to send one.But if not there is a problem with your phone..

The user NOT receiving the message needs to go to settings for Messaging and turn iMessage off then on again. It has to show 'Receive messages at' settings with either phone number or email address. The phone will sometimes fail to automatically do so.

Sms 'send fail' for bsnl, How to rectify?
for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

this solves your messaging problem ...

I've been able to send sms messages using my iphone 4s overseas from australia to northern ireland, now everytime i try, it keeps telling me message fail, I'm on a plan so its not a credit pro
for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

this solves your messaging problem ...

How do i put a signature on a pantech link
Text message signatures are the post scripts at the end of text messages. Some people use text message signatures to provide an unrelated, off-top status update to the recipients of their text messages. Other people use text message signatures to attach a favorite quote with every outgoing message. If you own Pantech's Link handset, you use the device's messaging templates to attach a signature to your text messages.

steps:

  • Press the right "-" button to access the Link's menu. Use the handset's directional pad to navigate to "Messaging" option in the menu. Press the center of the directional pad, the "OK" button, to select the "Messaging" option.

    Select the "Templates" option from the "Messaging" menu, using the directional keypad. Select "Options" from the "Templates" menu, using the left "-" button and then select "Add New."

    Key in your text message signature using the Link's QWERTY keypad. Select "Options" with the left "-" and then select "Save" from the "Options" menu.

    Press the red "End" button to exit the "Templates" menu. Press the right "-" button to return to the Link's main menu. Select the "Messaging" option from the menu.

    Select the "Create Message" option in the "Messaging" menu. Compose your message with the Link's QWERTY keypad.

    Select the "Insert" option before sending your text message. Select the "Templates" from the "Insert" menu. Select your text signature from the list of available templates and then select the "Send" option to transmit your text message.

    My phone does not ring or beep or anything when i get a text message. how do i fix that?
    I think I found it. Go to 'Communications' then select 'Messaging'.
    Scroll down to 'Messaging settings' then select 'Text message'
    Select message types and set it to 'Text'.

    When i try to text it says message sending failed
    this happens when the message center number is not correct!
    so call the customer care and ask for the 'message center number' or ask a friend with the same operator to give it to you.

    Then delete the SIM Messages.

    The memory after deleting sim messages is empty,and you dont need to delete any application

    When i try to send a message/text on my pantech p7000 it keeps saying message sending failed. what do i do?
    the best thing to do is take out the sim and reinsert it as your phone might have lost some configuration to send/receive a text message. If that doesn't work then your phone company might have erased txt messaging from your plan. Contact them.
