Why does my Dell Inspiron 531 keep shutting down?

cpu maybe overheating, check all fans are working, maybe a fault in motherboard. There should also before an error report log on your operating system which might give you a clue. try putting your hard drive into another pc (as a slave drive) and scan it for viruses before putting it back into your pc as the master again.

My cellphone not on or open.

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.

I cant send sms

if you can send,

1. reboot your cellphone first. Then try to send. If nothing happens.

2. remove the battery at the back of your phone, then remove the sim card for at least 10 seconds then put the simcard back.

3. Then turn on your cellphone, then try to send message. If you can still send messages, I would suggest to contact your manufacturer for further assistance, if your cellphone is still under with the warranty they can even replace it for you.

Network connection prompt error 6: handle is invalid

Hi glamredhel, Norton has removed the virus or Trojan & if you have windows system restore turned on the virus or Trojan will return once the system has re-booted. Open windows device manager & shut off system restore. Re-boot your system & re-scan your system with Norton. In your case Norton did not give you instructions on how to remove the virus. (Norton did that for you).
Once completed check windows update service for a possible update for your LAN. Asus does not have a separate LAN driver listed on Asus web site. The LAN driver is part of the chipset drivers. Remove your modem from the system & any software you installed with it. (If any). Restart your system. (If the system seems fine-good. Shut down the system & re-install your modem & any software. When completed do another windows restart. See if the modem functions (If your modem is either a cable or DSL reset it.
Shut down the system.
Located on the back of the cable modem or DSL modem you will find a tiny re-set button. Unplug the power cord from the modem. Take a pen & press the reset button for 10 seconds. Re-connect the power cord & boot the system. Check for internet connection.

The above are just a few item you should try.
Good luck glamredhel!
Post your findings.

I want to format my NOKIA 7610 Mobile

your unit is full, delete or move some from your phone memory to your other memory. if it doesn't help, i think you unit has a virus. scan your removable memory in your computer or format your memory on your computer not on your cellphone. the virus on the phone cannot be remove by anti-virus of the cellphone, it can only be remove by reformatting or reprogram your unit.

Projection TV keeps shutting down

Good Day;

Sounds like you have a bad green picture tube that has failed. To check this out; remove front speaker grill, remove small panel, you will see three CRT's (pictue tubes) sticking down, remove the little board on the middle tube then restore power. If TV stays on more then likely the CRT is bad but not always the driver on board could also be bad, check voltages.

Good Luck, big IRISH.
