I have a dle2532w and everything seems to be working fine but there is no heat, I have checked my breakers and everything is fine. I took it apart and checked the element and the thermostat and the thermal fuse for continuity. The thermal fuse was bad so I replaced it and then it worked for one load, I have checked all venting and it is fine there is no blockage, could the thermistor be the problem I tried to check it for continuity and it seems not to have continuity. please help

You need to replace the operating thermostat along with the thermal fuse. This thermostat controls temperature in the drum and if it fails, it will just put out heat constantly without regard to temperature. Be sure to check the exhaust vent in the house walls to make sure they're cleaned. Good luck

DRYER WONT HEAT

The thermal fuse and thermostat is located on the heater assembly under the right side of the drum.

You will have to take the unit apart to get to the heater assy.

Are you getting 110VAC on the primary leads of the high voltage transformer when you press "Start" to begin cooking?

If not, yhen it may simply be a bad cook relay (I do board repair) or a bad bottom or inside top door switch. See http://www.microwavecontrol.com/doorsw.htm

MY dryer won't heat

Check the dual-breakers for the dryer in the house electrical panel--push off, then on. If no help, then the heating element(s) in the dryer may be burned out or the internal thermostat is defective, both of which are accessible after removing the drum. After repair, vacuum out all air ducts including the hose to the outside. Also, wash the lint filter in hot water and detergent to remove fabric softener deposits that block air flow.

Everything seems fine but will not heat up I checked continuity, on every thing and it seems fine and I did the more less more less and all codes came up fine took the heating element out and it seems fine...

First things first...Are you sure that you have 220 volts to the dryer? Just because the motor runs doesn't neccesarily mean you have the proper voltage. Also check the connections where the cord comes in to see if they are tight and intact.

DLE2532W electric dryer: BLOWN CIRCUIT BREAKER

I would check the wire at the breaker for a poor connection causing arcing and excessive heating causing the breaker to trip....with the breaker off, loosen the binding screw on the wire and check the wire for any signs of arcing. reattach the wire and tighten binding screw snugly.

another though, ensure there are no other devices connected to the wire that is heating.

LG DLE2532W NO HEAT

Sounds like the heater element is bad that is the main cause for them not to heat up . Their should be a cover on the back that comes off and you can get to the heater element after removing it .

I had the same problem. Really glad I came to this site. Had already tried to clean out the filter area. What really worked was unplugging and resetting the computer. Everything seem fine now.
