Unfortunately, many cameras that fall prey to lens error problems (Lens obstructed on Kodak's) can only be corrected by professional repair. But, here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try.

Message say lens obstructed can not get the lens to do anything

The reason you cannot get the lens to do anything is because, as you yourself have stated, it is obstructed. If you remove the obstruction, the lens should function normally.

THE ZOOM WHEN USED GOES OUT AND THEN RETURNS AUTOMATICALLY TO NORMAL

Could it be you mean the lens barrel comes out, but I can't use the camera? Or does the lens barrel directly go back to the "in" position. If so, check the battery, or even better charge the battery. Then check if the lens, on its way out, is not blocked by anything. Because the slightest obstruction, will cause the lens to retract. The camera does this to avoid extra damage to the barrel and or the mechanics behind it.

Camera lens won't shut

This has to be THE most common failure mode for a digital camera. Some common error messages that might show up on the LCD's of cameras with this problem include "E18 lens error" (older Canons), "ACCESS" error (Sony), "Zoom Error" (Fuji), "Lens Obstructed" (Kodak), "lens error, restart camera" or just "lens error" (nearly all camera makers lately use this variation). Some cameras might show nothing at all, but merely make a beeping noise as the lens goes out, then in, then the camera shuts off. Sometimes the lens won't even move.

My camera stays in a protective case in my purse when turning my camera on my lens goes out then immeadetely goes back in the screen says lens error then the screen goes black i dont know why and ice tried...

Generally an error like what you are describing means that as the camera is trying to put out the lens, there was an obstruction (if the outside is in good shape then it is internal) and pulls it back in before damaging it further. If you have a local camera store, you can take it there to be looked at, or call the manufacturer to see if it is still under warranty for maintenance.

I turn the camera on and the lens goes out and the screen is black and then says that the lens is obstructed (it isn't) and then it turns itself off again

Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may (or may not) correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens obstructed errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try. Some of the later steps do involve some risk to the camera, so carefully weigh your options before deciding to conduct them:

When i turn on the camera lens automatically comes out but goes straight back in again. New batteries inserted but sti the same

That's an internal problem, not related to batteries. You have to take it to a repair shop to have it checked out.

When turning on there are several buzzes and the lens goes in and out then closes and screen reads "lens error!" in red

There is dirt or an obstruction in the lens telescoping mechanism or the lens cover that is preventing it from working properly.
Try clearing it with compressed air.
Otherwise, you need a professional to repair the camera. You can find a service center on the manufacturer's website.

Not focusing

Do you hear any unusual friction noise while the lens assembly projects out.. if so then the traction assembly of your zoom barrel has developed mechanical obstruction, in which case it has to be serviced. Take it to the service centre and the problem will be solved. If the zoom assembly does not fully extent to its homing position, the camera retracts and lens and powers itself off. Enjoy
