After fallen into water, my samsung GT S 5233A, has a realy low signal mostly one bar and most of the time no signal and when i use another phone in the same spot they show strong signal,what could be wrong with my samsung star?

You just need to reflash your phone in nearest local mobile repair shop to unlock samsung star GT-S5233A from old password. Don't put any code from untrusted source, it will not helped you to unlock samsung password and can make your sim card blocked.
in this case the problem is not easy,i would advise you to sent your unit to samsung service center because they really replace the touchpad of your unit and only a qualified technican can do it....
