SOURCE: One number is 11 more

Do you need help doing your homework?

If so, here's a first attempt. It may be correct, and it may not be.
It's up to you to understand the process, and to make any needed corrections.

X minus 11 equals Y.
So, X is larger than Y.
So, 3 times X minus 33 equals 3 times Y.
Thus 3 times X equals 3 times Y plus 33.
Also, 3 times X minus 4 equals 4 times Y.

So, (3 times Y plus 33) minus 4 equals 4 times Y.

Thus 0 times Y plus 29 equals 1 times Y.

So, Y equals -27.

How do you round 5,403.264 to the nearest hundred

Assuming you do mean to the nearest hundred, answer the question 'is this number closer to 5400 or 5500?' It is closer to 5400 (The first digit to the left of the decimal point is 'ones', the second place is 'tens', the third place is 'hundreds', so you look at the third digit to the left to round to the nearest hundred)
If, in fact, you meant hundredth, answer the question 'is it closer to 5403.26 or 5403.27?' It is closer to 5403.26 (The first digit to the right of the decimal point is 'tenths', the second digit is 'hundredths', so you look at the second digit to the right to round to the nearest hundredth)

How can i round to the hundreds or thousands?

Put the calculator in scientific display mode (SHIFT>MODE(Setup)>FIX. You will be asked to enter the number of fixed decimal digits. Enter 2 for hundredths, and 3 for thousandths. To round to the nearest hundreds or the nearest thousands, do it by hand as follows.
For hundreds
Locate the hundred digit. Let it be h.
If the next digit (the tens digits is less than 5 replace the 10 and unit digits each by 0. Your result will look like ...h00.
If the 10s digit is 5 or above (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) you must round up by increasing the hundreds digits by 1. Your result will look like ...(h+1)00
For thousands
Let the thousand digits be t
If the hundreds digits to its right is less than 5, replace it and the digits following it by 0. Your result will look like ...t000.
If the hundreds digit is 5 or higher, increase the thousands digits by 1 and replace the hundreds, tens, and units digits by 0. You result will end with (t+1) 000
Note if (h+1) or (t+1) give you 10, put a zero at their positions and increase the digit to the left by 1.
Example. 78997 to the nearest hundreds 78997 becomes 789(9+1)0 or 78(9+1)00 or 79000

There are two possible answers to the above question, 4136 and 7348.
4136
My ones is twice my tens: The 6 (the ones) is twice as big as the 3 (the tens).
My hundreds is five less than my ones: 6 (the one) - 5 = 1
My thousands place is the sum of my tens and hundreds: 3 (the tens) + 1 (the hundreds) = 4
