If u getting this message in ur fiery just reinstal software... this only solution... and if u get this error in ur printer pls check error code in bottom of the display..

You should be able to plug a monitor into the fiery. Do that and turn off the machine and fiery. Then power up and watch the monitor and see where it hangs. If it doesn't boot up you may have to get a Xerox technician in to restore/ugrade the system software for the fiery.
IF I were you I would call Xerox and tell them if they have software for the service pack three and see if they ( Xerox ) experienced Conflicts with this software first , Strat there then my next step is to actually delete the drivers for the Xerox DC-12 and re-install it. see if this solves your problem
If this is a monochrome laser toner cartride you may need to purchase a CRUM chip to replace the one on the toner cartridge. If you had your cartridge refurbished by a company who specializes in this and they did not reset the CRUM you do not need to use them in the future. There may be a way to cancel the add toner message in the service mode so I will keep checking and post an updated solution should I find any available information. Could you confirm that it is a Xerox Docucolor 12 printer made for Dell?
