When I connect my qmobile e900 to my pc with usb cable it does not show any option such as "Mass Storage" etc. it just says usb charger connected. How can I solve this problem?

Connect the device to PC and scroll down the display from top to bottom and look for notification.
then select USB file transfer option.
OR go to settings More option and then select USB connection.

The phone has to install its driver in the computer for it to work on it. try install the driver of the phone and check your MY COMPUTER for the mass storage icon.

The "USB mode" and "Connecting to Mass Storage" message will get displayed when the Camera is connected to the Computer and is recognized by the Computer as a Mass Storage device. This is not an error message and is a normal operation.
You can change the Mass Storage settings in the Camera (depends on the model) The USB Select or USB Connect option in the Camera can be changed to PTP, Mass Storage or PictBridge mode. Set the option in the Camera to PTP and connect it to the Computer and check if the Computer is recognizing the connection. Once the computer is recognized, it appear as a removable Drive.
You can transfer the images from the Camera to the Computer from the Removable Drive by copying and pasting.

while it depends on the phone model, but most Samsung phones have 3 options when connected via a USB cable.
1.Media mode
2.Mass Storage
3.PC Studio
If you need to work on the memory card(browse file Etc.) then select Mass Storage.
MEDIA MODE does the same thing but it also allows you to browse the phone's internal memory.
to use PC Studio,you need the CD

if u connecting the phone via pc suite.
just exit the pc suite and then connect ur mobile to pc.
2nd option: find the connectivity option in ur phone and set it to mass storage instead of pc mode.
hope thses options will solve ur problem.

The quickest way to do this is to put your phone into Mass Storage Mode then connect it via the USB cable to your computer. Your phone shows up as a USB Mass Storage Device and you can select the folders you want to download your pictures from.

To set your phone to Mass Storage Mode, do the following:

- Go to the main menu
- Select Settings
- Then Select Phone Settings
- Choose PC Connections from the menu
- And then click on Mass Storage.

When you connect the USB cable to your computer, your phone will show up as a USB Storage device and you can just copy and past files to it like you would a USB Thumb drive. If you select the Samsung PC Studio option...your file transfers will take ALL DAY. Just use Mass Storage mode. Good luck.

you first have to install the driver software for your cell phone...
as in windows Xp it shows MT6225...
after installing the usb drivers when you connect your cell with usb cable on the cell phone a menu will appear...
- Mass Storage
- Com Port
- Camera
you have to select the mass storage option then your cell will show it self as a usb disk in PC... and if you have Memory card then there will be two usb drives appear in your My Computer Window....
you just have to copy paste your files...
