Check ur tv menu make sure ur tv is it not on a timer setting.And Sleeper mode is not on like 30,60,120.Turn off the tv timer if it on,and the sleeper mode should be off too.

Go into the menu options and see if it has a setting for alarm. It may be turning on at the same time every night to wake you up. It is also possible a neighbor has the same infrared code and is pushing their power button and it is turning your on.
To reset it you need to have it unplugged for about an hour, the sleep timer can be turn off.
How does the power supply look? no sign of bad caps and the voltages are OK. This can be the symptom of bad power supply or the main board EPROM got scrambled.
Perhpas the TV has a timer function that is turning it on at a certain time. Does it seem to occuring at the same time of night? check the TV settings for a timer.
The only other possibility is that the camper is losing AC power in the middle of the night, and when the power comes back on perhaps the TV is turning on.
However, i rather suspect the first problem...
