Have the same monitor and had the same problem. The problem is bad electrolytic capacitors in the power supply circuit. Replace C110 and C111 and you will have the problem fixed. The original caps are 820uF at 25V and they are in parallel for a total of 1640uF. I only had a 1000 and a 560 and placed them in parallel. All is good now.

Get this fixed before it takes out other parts in the power supply. Took me about 30 mins. Good luck,

Ryan

Dim monitor issu. I want it bright always.

it could be age-related but there is also a power setting in the OS. Alternately you can check also the monitor OSD and see if there is a setting for adaptive brightness enabled

Why projector takes time whe it is started

Depends entirely on what you mean by "takes time". These projectors require a few minutes to reach full brightness, and many models even activate an LCD shutter to black out the image until the lamp has reached reasonable brightness.

If you mean it takes several minutes to produce any picture at all, it may just be time to replace the lamp, as it may not be striking (starting the lamp) correctly due to a fault in the lamp starter circuit or the lamp itself. In the absence of a detailed fault description, my best guess is that it's most probably a tired lamp :o)

22 samsung syncmaster S22B150 led monitor color settings problem how to fix

I have the same monitor. It was working just fine for almost a full year and recently I started to play games on Furg Games Play Free Online Games for a few hours a day and my eyes started to hurt. I've tried to change brightness and contrast several times but still I can't stay more than an hour in front of it.

How do I wake up the monitor when it goes to sleep when not used for a short time.

slapping it around usually works. "just a joke!"

tapping a few keys on your keyboard and moving the mouse will usually wake the monitor from sleep mode.

How do I brighten the screen. It is very dark.

Okay on you monitor there is a button there you press its labeled with a little picture of a monitor with a arrow on it or in to that regard you push that button and there should be onscreen menu you use the + and - to scroll to the correct function you want once you done that you should be able to save your settings. AOC Monitor says "no signal" and won't wake up!

This monitor refuses to wake up because it cannot find the signal from the computer.

When the light is amber, force the pc to shut down by holding the power button until all lights go off. Then, after about 10 seconds, power the pc back up again.

If this does not start your monitor, unplug all the monitors connections and plug them back in again. These things should reform the connection from the pc to the monitor.

good luck

Monitor problem - Dark colors, slow screen refresh

It sounds to me like the picture tube in the monitor is going out. I began to wonder if it was your video card until you mentioned that you used it with various computers. This tells me it's the monitor itself. Unfortunetly, I think your monitor may be due for retirement.

Computer monitor

I have the exact same issue with the f1703 monitor - the OSD will not turn off. Apparently, this model monitor was defective, and was recalled by HP. However, they failed to give notice, so I would recommend following up with them to attempt to get it replaced. Good luck!
