As you are using Nokia 1209 mobile you need to contact you are nokia service center there they will make you are mobile to work properly.This may take few minutes after repair check weather it is working properly or not.And you can also make service by your self by opening you are mobile panel cleaning the keypad area there you will find a huge amount of dust it may make you are mobile not to work.Thanks for you are question.

How to reset my 1209 nokia security code. it's blocked
Hello,
Your default code is 12345 or 00000
Or you can restore factorry setting.
for soft format dial *#7780# or *#7370# which restores the factory settinngs
but if you format the whole phone memory then follow the procedure below ( remember one things this will deletes all your mesages, all contacts, photos, notes etc in the phone memory.. your phone is like a new phone
Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
if not solved tell me your IMIE number
type *#06# on your phone to get IMIE number




if not solve
you may need to format your cell phone
you can format your mobile by following steps:
1. Switch off your Nokia phone
2. Now Press following key sequence *#7370# or *#7780#
3. Enter Default lock code is 12345.
4. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.
