Follow these steps you can unlock your phone1. Switch ON your Samsung SGH-I617 with an ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2. Compose #7465625*638*.
3. Network Lock Screen appear, enter Unlock Code
4. The Samsung SGH-I617 is now unlocked.

i am forget the sim lock.so, i want to disable the sim lock code.Please put up the pin

the provider wil give you unlocking code after one year for free you have to give them your imei number it wil be display by pressing *#06# or is also markt under battery or you can buy on the net if this works ?? i do not now

you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code. 

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code. 


if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
