Hi, "F02"
is a Long Drain error code. This is an indication that you may have an
obstruction somewhere in the drainage system somewhere. In most cases
this means there is a clog in the drain pump or inlet line running from
the wash tub to the pump. There is a white screw off cap on the drain
pump that you can remove to inspect the pump impeller and clean.
The
"SUD" error code can often occur in conjunction with the "F02" error
code. This is due to air being detected in the drainage system, which
can occur if the pump is not running, or if you have an obstruction
BEFORE the pump. You need to remove the inlet hose from the pump to
ensure it is also not blocked. Correct your drainage system fault, and
the SUD error should go away.
If these preliminary measures do not correct your problem, you may have
to replace the drain pump. It does not take much to damage the pump
impeller or motor. Since the error code is generated if the drain cycle
exceeds 8 minutes, if the pump is damaged and can't pump at the
required volume, the error code will continue to appear until the pump
is replaced.

The access screws are on the bottom front edge of the lower toe panel directly below the door. You may need to prop up the two front feet of the washer to access them (a 2x4 works well for this). In some cases, the drain pump may require replacment. If something has been lodged in the pump reservoir for any period of time, sometimes the pump impeller can become damaged to the point where it does not pump water. check drain pump inside is the next issue for prom is filled with foriegn objects that is known for this unit!!!! their a tech online kctech thats great try his answer online to use a shop vac and **** out any water in the inside and the hoes: and the drain pump inside the machine: see solution #6 may 2008 posted by washer gut in knasas that is eceptional to follow great day danw.

1. Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
2. Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running.
3. Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.
