Here is a copy of the instruction manual for your stapler. 1. Press end clip in, then up. 2. Pull out spring assembly. 3. Load staples into channel. 4. Reinsert spring assembly and snap end clip into place. EASILY DISASSEMBLED FOR CLEANING: 1. Squeeze stapling end of hammer tacker together, taking care to avoid sharp staple. 2. Remove locking pin. 3. Press end clip in, then up. 4. Pull out spring assembly. 5. Remove staple channel.
6.Clear and reassemble

It's not difficult to dissemble and remove jammed up staples
1. remove rubber grip, elevate the grip with a screwdriver over the chrome pin so it slides over.
3. I inserted thin screwdrivers inside the opposite end of the grip to then pour a small amount of water inside so the grip would slide with far less tension (it's intentionally a pain to remove) 3. Tap out / Remove the pin(It comes out super easy so don't go cave man/woman on it
4. Remove the staple chamber/carrier by sliding it up and away/out
5. 6. It's the plastic pin on the grip handle. You take that out and you can pull the rail out. Very convenient. But my staples aren't budging
