Sounds like it just needs lubricating. It's probably dry seals rubbing against the stainless shaft.
Bad bearings usually make grinding noises. Replacing bearings can be a DIY job, but not a teriffically simple one.

You won't find one and rebuilding a motor of that nature would be a waste. For starters, once they fail to the point you notice they need atention it is usually to late. Parts are not going to be available and the cost of the replacement is so low it just doesn't make sense to try. A replacement motor is only about $130.
