Broken water line or water heater, from winter freeze. When water is turned on tap water goes under the bunk bed area. Could this be the water heater or a hose in the area. We don't know the layout of the water line.

ok, been a while so lets ee if I can get this all down.

1 - Drain water from your holding tank and remove drain plug in hot water heater. Drain holding tanks ( Waste )
2- turn on bypass for hot water heater ( instruction if needed )
3 - Get yourself some winterizing fluid ( can't remember exact name ) from your local Dealer . 2 or 3 gallons should be good
4- Poor this fluid into your water rez tank. All of it
5 - now go around to EVERY tap in your trailer ( one at a time ) and turn on cold water until water runs pink ( or what ever colour fluid you bought ) Close faucet them do the same for hot water tap. Repeat this at every faucet. Even the ones outside if you have any.
6 Don't forget to flush toilet in water runs pink.
7. Ensure all gas vales have been turned off ( tank vales included )

If you did everything right you should be good to go.

find water tank under bed or seats turn knob on tank drain go out side behind rear wheel turn knob on water lines and let drain. turn on pump for a little to clear line. put pluming anti-freeze in sinks ,tube traps 2 liters in each.

Double check that by-pass valves are in proper position, as well as any winterizing valve is in the off position. Some units have a winterizing valve and hose to put in jug for winterizing, that needs to be shut off otherwise it will suck air. Back of water heater- lower fitting is for cold water in, valve should be open, and top fitting is for hot out, which should be open as well. Any valves that may be in between those 2 lines such as a "t" between lines should be in off position. Keep in mind, water heater has to fill first before any good pressure will come out taps. I normally open bathtub hot tap because it\'s less mess and let it run until i get good steady flow from faucette, then do the rest, hot cold.
