Good day I have a TPLink wireless router TD-W8960N but we have some problems with the router. We are with m-web internet provider. We have install the router together with m-web, but every time when we sing on intranet the router allows us for about 5 min before it throws us out of everything and then on the router itself the only light that are still burning is the power light.M-web say the problem is not on their side and the telephone company say there are no problems on the line, can the router be faulty or what can we do.

I can't install

You need to read the manual here.

http://www.tp-link.com/Resources/document/TD-W8960N_V3_User_Guide.pdf

It needs power and the router plugging into the line via the line socket.

A Ethernet cable needs to plugged into one of the WAN ports to configure the router, the other end needed to be plugged into a pc.

Other lights blinking but internet light is blinking for 2-3 times them off all the time so I am not getting internet

On most DSL modems, normal light states are:

Power - Solid
DSL - Solid
Internet - Solid or flashing quickly when data is being transferred.
Ethernet - Only on and flashing quickly if cable attached to it and an active device
Wifi - Solid or flashing with active data transfer

My router disconnect frequently

Question: the connection to router disconnects OR the internet disconnects,
If router disconnect: then try being in range, choose a better spot, keep router in a good spot,
If internet disconnects, cal ISP get it checked, make sure you run ping test to make sure its consistent , here is an example,
E.g:
open run: type cmd, hit enter,
type : ping google.com -t
hit enter, it should give regular pings without timeouts....if too many timeouts, internet service has issues,
call them and report..

I just brought a Tp-link TD-w896ON but the internet speed 1.67 mbps ??

The line speed is controlled by your internet service provider, not by your router. If you have something like AT&T as your internet service provider, then they sell 3 or 4 different line speeds or packages. The cheapest will get you the slowest line speed. So if you have a 300mbps router but you purchased AT&T's cheapest line speed it will never allow you to do downloads, uploads or streams at 300mbps. You gotta Pay to Play. :)
