Where can i buy 6v / 4w ac adaptor for omron m3 blood pressure monitor.

Look for them on E-bay. They are very inexpensive there. Also, Walmart sells them for about $57. I saw one on Ebay for $17.

It uses the HEM-ADPT1, which is AC 100v-240v input and DC 6V 1Amp output.

You can use a multi voltage mains adapter for your Omron. These are available at electronic stores ot on the Internet. Make sure it is a DC adapter and switch to 6 volts also make sure the power connector is set correctly to the polarity of the Omron power socket.

I use Omron blood pressure monitors and I can say that they are up to the mark. Their readings are very accurate and have not caused any problems so far.

The AC adapter is for when the batteries are low or dead or when you want to conserve the batteries.
