My laptop switches off every time i switch it on...

Computer does not boot up The problem maybe the RAM, it is faulty or just needs reseating to make proper electrical contact.
Reseat the RAM and then boot up your laptop. If it still does not boot up then remove the RAM module/s and take them to your friendly computer repair shop and get them to test the RAM for you.

your ethernet cable from comcast gets plugged into the wan port of the linksys switch. plug the xbox and laptop to one of the lan ports. the comcast box is a modem/router? without the router it won't assign dhcp addresses

On the front edge of the laptop by the right speaker, there is a switch just left of the speaker. That is the wireless switch, to the left of that switch is another and that is the bluetooth radio switch. Below is a link to the service manual that goes over every aspect of your laptop.

you have a corrupted software try to format and reinstall it again, most corrupted system comes from improper shut down sometimes during installation your CD or DVD rom is defective although it is reading and seams working fine try to install your system using other rom drive

check on laptop right and left side you find 1 switch to turn on wi fi .
Also some times it is in front side of laptop .
you can find easily on laptop.

have the power switch replaced ASAP please. the contacts to start your laptop is already weak and needs to be replaced. consult a laptop repairs man who specializes in acer manufacture.

remove power cable, battery and all cables attached to ur laptop, then press the power on button for 10 seconds after that attach battery, whatever cables that you had disconnected, and switch on again if doesn't give display and beeps for 3 to 5 times then thats minor or may be ram problem, or if it beeps for 7 times then thats motherboard problem, take ur laptop service centre.

her eu have a chek yr kvm switch is connected thru earth.. this becouse some of time eart bypass thru switching yr monitor keyboard and mouses and mosr of time laptop don't face high static electricity.. it's first chance........ other is that yr pc has serious visus problem may be it's face thru Pen drvier or a internet or a some cd's which has infaction before data write in to cd.. so have to cek virus........ one more thing happen if yr pc is connated thru electticity and yr laptop is thru battry that time when u switch yr kvm module it's pass bunch of power so u have to chek all this thing's it's help u...:)
