When I first bought the product I had no problem pairing it with my 16 gig iPhone. Since replacing that phone with the 32 gig iPhone I have been unable to pair the plantronics K100 with my new phone. Why is this, and are there any pairing tricks I should be trying?

Any advice card below 32 gig should work. Sdxc will not work. I have a 16 gig UHC1 in mine. Works great.

Well if your phone is a "Droid" I.e. smartphone you can add an "SD ram memory chip. A 16 or 32 gig chip will do.the trick.

Have you got the latest iTunes?
Open up iTunes on your computer (Windows or Mac) then connect the iPhone to the USB Port via Charge Cable.
Make sure your connected to internet.
In LH Column click on your iPhone or it's Name.
(If there is no LH Column,
Go to View in Top Menu and select Show SideBar)

Click the BACKUP button. This does a backup of your iPhone software.
Check for updates. Your iPhone should be updated to IOS 7.1.2
That updates it's security & gets rid of any bugs & adds the latest capabilities.
This will also reinstall the full clean new IOS.

The physical differences between the iPhone 5 and 5S are the camera flash and the home button. iPhone 5 has a single LED flash while the iPhone 5S has a dual LED flash. And the iPhone 5 home button doesn't have the circular ring around the button which is the finger print sensor unlike on the iPhone 5S.

You miss many things if you go with Nokia N8 from iPhone. Because the feature of iPhone is more enriched than Nokia N8. The operating system of iPhone is based on apple ios4 and Nokia N8 is on the based on Symbian S3. The display of iPhone 4 is 640x960 pixels but in Nokia N8 display is 640x360 pixel. . Iphone comes with up to 32 gigs, whereas the nokia comes with 16 gigs. So I always prefer iPhone though the price of iPhone is high. If you go with iPhone you can easily transfer contacts from Nokia N8 to iPhone.

Model A1303 - 8, 16 or 32 GB capacity w/ black or white plastic back. If you have the 8 or 16 GB model it's got a black back. If you have a 32 GB version your 3GS has 32 GB of memory on it.

The iPhone unfortunately does not pair with just any device, it would be best to check compatibility before purchasing a new peripheral for your iPhone.

Pairing Procedure
This is an example only and may differ from your phone, but the process will be the same.

With the Z9 OFF, Press and Hold the MFB for about 6 seconds. The LED will appear a solid Blue, and then will start flashing. The Z9 is now in Pairing mode and ready to be found in searches by other Bluetooth devices. Pairing mode will be active for 2 minutes.

Perform a Bluetooth device discovery on your mobile phone to add a new device.
