Gaggia Titanium: stuck on 'rinse'.

I ve got a Gaggia Titanium,18 months old, and it is stuck on the rinse cycle. I can't get into the menu to alter the settings. Can you help please ?

    Thanks a lot, that seems to have done the trick.
    I obviously wasn't allowing enough time for the machine to complete the rinse cycle.
    I've just had a delicious cup of freshly made, bean-to-cup espresso to celebrate.

Try first unplugging power cable for five minutes, see if this reset machine.

    This problem is common on Gaggias, sometime if you wait 30 minutes or som, the machine will complete the cycle and go back to normal functions.
    Just wait to allow time for the rinse cycle to complete, when machine is stuck it can take over 30 mins.
    You can do this by continuing to fill up the water resovoir four or five times to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own.

    If that doesn't work contact Gaggia, US number is 888-389-4123, for contact number in your area consult your user manual.

    Gaggias may give you some trouble of this kind from time to time, but they are good Italian brand coffeemakers, and the coffee is usually really great!

I literally tried everything and even called them with no avail. Ended up just leaving it plugged in for about six hours after it had ran out of water and it cleared up. The screen just said refill water.

Rinse cycle displays but doesnt perform the rinse cycle

If it's stuck in rinse keep adding water until the cycle is complete.
It may take a while.

Titanium stuck in rinse cycle and brew unti can't be removed. Customer service is not answering the phone.

Try going into the menu and selecting rinsing. Push the enter button and use the up down arrows to chose "off". Push the enter button again to make this your selection, then the escape button. That should take it out of rinse mode.

Gaggia titanium

You can go through the menu and set the machine back to factory setting by pressing the menu button and using the up or down arrows(first 2 coffee buttons) until display reads Factory Settings, then press the menu/Ok button display will read No, use up or down arrow to select Yes then press Ok.
You can also turn off the rinse cycle using the menu.

My machine was stuck on rinse cycle now on ventilate...

Try first to continue filling up the water resovoir (UP TO FOUR times) to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own. If that doesn't work contact Gaggia Customer Service in the US at 888-389-4123. Sally there was VERY helpful and should be able to resolve your problem.
