Hi, You may know that this watch runs on two batteries, one for digital display and another for analog hands.
If the analog hands stop working all you need to do is to replace the battery and please replace both at the same time since the band and cover take some effort to remove.
You need to take off the both bands first to access the back side than the back cover with a small knife..
Just in case,if you need the user manual here is the link.
Timex watch: http://www.timex.com/info/Product_Instruction_Guides_Downloads .
Take care..

Braun bn0095 watch battery replace

"For servicing and repairs, the removal of the access screw on the back of the watch gives access to the stem release catch; after removal of the crown and stem, pressurised air is inserted to blow-out the crystal. Thereafter, the entire movement, together with the dial and hands are easily removed from the top. Experienced watchmakers with the necessary equipment should only perform this operation and the removal of the access-screw by any other persons without the required expertise is highly discouraged."

I have the Niki Oregon Series watch WA0019-001 and i rplaced the battery myslf because it stopped working. There was difficuly opening the back, and after replacing the battery, the watch will work...

There are sometimes hidden dangers in replacing batteries which is probably why most makers recommend professionals to do the job.

You seem to have had some success but it sounds as if there is an intermittant contact with the battery. If you feel that you can remove the back again, try removing the battery, cleaning it with surgical spirit (to remove any grease that is naturally on fingers) and replace it.

As an engineer, I would expect that a screw on back should go on easily until it reaches the end of travel, when it will tighten. If it is stiff all the way, they you may have crossed the thread and damaged it. Never apply a large force at the start of screing the back on, as the threads are quite fine and may be easily damaged.

If after trying again, you still have the problem, then go to a watch repairer and discuss what you have done and the problem you are having.

Take care.

Good luck.

Battery is gone (I think) and regular watch repair places don't fix it (need a special tool to open it)

does it have a slot on the back ? usually Nike watches are made to easily replace the battery usually with a nickle slot on the back or screws on the corners. The batteries they have are usually common 2806 or similar coin sized batteries. It will say on the back of the battery .

Most jewelry or watch repair shops can easily replace these batteries. if you bought the watch within a year , have receipt and something is broken. You can send it back to nike to be repair for free. It is done by parsec located here http://www.nikewatchrepair.com/.

How do you replace the battery in a ironman triathlon sleek digital watch

Thank you for contacting FIxYa.
Turn your Timex Ironman face down and remove the four screws holding the back cover in place.
  • Remove the back case cover by gently prying it up with your screwdriver. Be careful to avoid disrupting any electrical contacts with the tip of your screwdriver.
  • Remove the interior sticker that covers the battery by lifting it up with the tip of your screwdriver. It should come off relatively easily. At this point the small circular battery should be visible in the compartment.
  • Lift up the small metal clip (battery strap) that covers the battery using the tip of your screwdriver.
  • Remove the battery from its housing and replace it with your new battery (available at any electronics store or online). Reassemble the watch in the same way you to took it apart.

    How to change battery

  • Spread the towel out on a flat surface.
  • Remove the watchband if necessary in order to access the back of the watch.
  • Unscrew the back protector from the watch using the correct size miniature screw driver. Place the screws in a small pile on the towel. Be careful not to drop them as they are difficult to find.
  • Remove the back plate by unscrewing the small screws. There is a tiny spring on the underneath of the back plate. It may be visible, or not. Make sure not to turn the watch upside down or the spring will dislodge.
  • Remove the rubber protector to find the battery.
  • Use sharp point tweezers to remove the clasp covering the battery. There is a small hole at one end of the clasp. Insert one end of the tweezers into the hole to spring the clasp loose.
  • Remove the old battery with tweezers.
  • Insert New Battery and Reassemble Watch
  • Pick up the new battery using regular tweezers and put it into place. Do not touch the battery with your fingers.
  • Replace the clasp over the top of the new battery.
  • Perform a reset by touching the AC contact with one part of the tweezers and the back of the battery with the other part. Hold for a few seconds. Lift the watch carefully and look up at the front to make sure the watch is working. Do not turn the watch over.
  • Replace the rubber cover.
  • Replace the back plate by screwing the small screws back into place.
  • Replace the back protector by screwing the small screws back into place.
  • Reattach the watch band to the watch face.

  • Feel a bit unnerved by this? Find a local jeweler. Best regards.

Fossil Kaleido Watch LI22248 replacement batteries???

Depending on the age of the watch it could have a ECR series battery over the top of the 377 powering the movement or it could have 2 377's in the circuit board over 1 377 in the movement.

I always recommend taking Fossil watches to a certified repair shop that can re-seal the watch so you dont void your 12 year warranty and the watch remains water resistant and resistant to small particles.

Need to remove winder on mens seiko titanium so i can remove the

Ensure crown is in neutral position i.e. pressed home (not in set hands posn.) Remove back and adjacent to the winding stem on the movement there should be a small button (may be indicated with an arrow) depress this gently whilst withdrawing the crown and stem from the watch. Ensure you don't engage to set hands position in the process. You might also find a couple of screws securing the movement into the case. P.S. Usually don't need to remove from case to replace battery.

I can't seem to remove the back casing on my Bulova watch in order to replace the battery.

If you take a small scredriver (one that is used to repair eyeglasses) and run it gently around the rim of the back, you will feel a slight indentation where you can insert the screwdriver to open up the back. The battery is easily accesible but then it's tough to get the back back on!

Removing the back to change battery

The plastic wrist band doesn't have to be cut away. You need to dislodge the spring-loaded end of the pin from the hole in the plastic with the blade of a sharp thin knife.

The you proceed to lift one of the 4 snaps to open the cover. The battery is under a white translucent inside cover.

The original battery was Sony SR621SW.

Pay attention to the rubber seal ring when putting the watch back together.
