I have a small Sanyo television hooked up to a dvd player for my daughter....problem is I can't get it to go to the AUX channel. Don't have the remote that went with it, but do have a Sanyo FXMG remote. Can you please tell me step by step on how to program them. Just need to get to the aux channel

That is incorrect first nothing is impossible. Second a universal remote will allow you to change it and some smart phones have apps you can use as your remote

I don't know what channel to go to to be able to play my dvd player

where did you hooked up the connector wire coming from the dvd player, in the component input or at the RF jack of the tuner of the tv?. if you plug at the component input of the tv you will select AV1 or AV2 etc. in the settings. but if you hooked up into the RF jack you can select channel 3 in the tv but at this time you need to have manual tuned in the tv to get the signal coming from the dvd player or xbox.

Can't hook the WII and the DVD player both up and the same time.

You can hook the Wii up with the standard RCA jacks and the DVD with the HDMI or vise verses. How many hook ups are on this TV. You can also run the Wii through the DVD using a aux channel on the DVD.

Connecting dvd player to zenith sy2551s system and doesn't work

Yes, You need to be on AUX ,you can get to that setting by pressing channel 01 then press the channels down button instead of going to channel zero it will start to cycle through your AUX's inputs on the back of the tv.Also, another way to do this is on the original remote there will be a SOURCE button or INPUT button that can also cycle your TV through the aux inputs.REMEMBER.Make sure your DVD player is turned on and hooked up or else the AUX screen will be black.Rate me when you fix it!GOOD LUCK
