What control boards from a Sony KDL 32V4000 fit/are compaible with a KDL 37V400?

Picture look like a negative film. color not normal. no green color

you might want to start with the t-con board. it can cause green colors missing

Picture out of color

Problem is related with Tcon Board only. replace the IC AS15-HGXXXXX on Tcon Board. problem will be solved surely.

Black frame around picture

Toggle through the "Picture Format" settings from your tv remote.

Flip through cinema mode, too standard....etc

This problem can be fixed by Qualified Technician.don't worry your LCD Screen is alright and this is not a big issue.
